My Fitness Routine 2017

Image
HEY!! So, I am back with another routine :) I've been establishing them as of late, so I decided to post 'em all! I've been trying my best to workout everyday, and I came up with a quick one that I have been doing. So feel free to try it out, if you like, and let me know how you did! Also, leave any tips and comments down below, let's help each other get FIT! Here's an inspirational pic I found on pinterest to get started :) So first, I put on the music, and put up my hair. I have a pump up playlist, and so I just press play on it, and then I'm off to the races! My first exercise is the stairs. I have a set of stairs that goes down to the basement, so I go up and down them four times (up and down = one time), doing 10 jumping jacks at the end. Then I repeat that three more times. It's actually pretty tiring, but with perseverance and the right music I do believe that you can do it!! :) Just don't think, and focus on the music. Then, I go i

My Evening Study Routine

Image
Hey folks!! Today, I thought I'd blog about my evening study routine, since, y'know, school's in full swing, as per usual. So here goes!! When I get home, I usually go on my phone for a few minutes, check and respond to emails, texts, snapchats, and all that stuff for the night. Five or ten minutes is enough, and then I'm (hopefully) off for the rest of the night. After, I'll get settled in, make myself a cup of tea, get my planner out and see everything that I have to get done. Recently, I've also loved watching a youtube video on school/life tips or inspiration before I start on work, cause it just gets me in the mood, y'know? A tip I've found recently (that I have been using) about planning is to only write down what you know you're going to get done that night. That way everything you write down, you know for sure that you have to get it done. Doesn't leave any room for slacking, which is good :) Then, I'll fire up a Spotify pla

My Morning Routine

HEYO! I'm in such a good mood today. I came home and went for a walk with my mum and talked her ear off, haha. I'm really energetic for some strange reason, and I haven't even had any sugar OR caffeine today (not that I usually have caffeine lol). BUT I'M NOT QUESTIONING IT. I like feeling like this, it's that I CAN AND WILL CONQUER THE WORLD (all caps cause I'm in a good mood and I would probs yell it if I said it tbh) feeling, y'know what I'm sayin'? So if I fool around more in this post, well, just be forewarned :) Also, I'm really late with this post and I'm really sorry! I was just not going to do a post this week since it's so late but I thought, eh, why not, since I have some free time. So this week, honestly, has been one of the best ones of my life. I'm not sure if there's a particular reason, but I've just been happier, and been taking charge of my life more, I guess. And I'm just gunna say, I owe it all (wel

The World Has Gone Crazy - But You Don't Have To

Image
Hey peeps!! I'm late again, and I'm so sorry. Too much hw :( I'm just gunna get right into this post though. Enjoy :) It seems like the world has gone, for lack of a better term, crazy. And it also seems like there isn't much we can do it but hope it doesn't get worse. But we actually CAN help. Small steps add up to a lot. And that's what I want to talk about in today's post - ways you can make a difference in your own life, to better benefit the world. Not all hope is lost, guys :) 1. Stay Positive. This may seem small, but it can make all the difference in another person's life. If you just offer them a smile, or a few encouraging words, it can be the thing that gets them through the day. There's this quote I've been loving recently: Smiles are contagious. So go out and infect everyone you can!  I love this, because well, it's true. If someone smiles at me, that makes me happy no matter what mood I'm in. They are contagious - bu
